Questions- what is stress?
Stress is a state of disturbance of thoughts, instability of mind or our inability to act or decide.
How do i know i am in stress?
Irritation, frequent anger, sense of unknown fear inside, becomes difficult to smile/laugh, becomes difficult to concentrate, preference given to be alone, unable to enjoy company of friends etc
How bad is stress?
Stress is a silent killer. It is like parasite which sucks up our life blood of pleasure and mental cool. Negative energy overpowers our body and mind. It can lead to any sort of destruction to the self or to the others regardless of any logic or reason.
It can spoil the charm of beautiful life. It can affect our work performance. It can disrupt our social and professional career or both.
Even, one can kill other person or commit suicide as well. It has a long series of drastic negative consequences on our life.
What can i do?
As I said earlier that stress is a state of disturbance of thoughts, instability of mind or our inability to act or decide. So it becomes necessary to stable our thoughts and focus on concentration. It can be done through various ways – talk to self etc.
How do I maintain relax state?
Through regular practice of yoga and meditation
